Andorra 50 cents 2014 - The Church of Santa Coloma

Details Andorra signed a Monetary Agreement with the European Union on 30 June 2011. As a result, Andorra can use the euro as its official currency and issue its own euro coins. All the coins feature the 12 stars of the European flag.

The Romanesque church of Santa Coloma is one of the jewels of Andorran Romanesque. It is located in the village of the same name, in the parish of Andorra la Vella. These paintings left the country in 1930 and were recovered by the Andorran government in 2007.
