Fleur-de-coin.com will ship your order anywhere and your order is fully insured (100% protection).
Please, do not accept an opened or damaged package as this will void the insurance.
In case a package is lost, your order will reship or your payment will be refunded. Unfortunately, tracking
the package through the postal authorities can take several weeks or months; the process is time-consuming but
necessary.

We ask for your understanding if due to heavy workload we have to exceed this timeframe. In case your

The delivery time of the goods depends on the country of residence. In the
Shopping Cart page you can select your country from a drop-down list and receive
an empirical delivery estimate. The number of days displayed is the recorded average from previous orders.
If you create an account and login, the correct delivery estimate will be displayed without the need to selece
your country from the list.

contact Fleur-de-coin.com and arrange for the return of your order within
7 days; no questions asked. Shipping costs are non-refundable. |
