The Andorran Starter Kit was issued in December 2014, priced at 3,88 euros. It contains 8 coins:

.The Andorran government put in place a system of distribution of the starter-kits (actually a booklet that contains an annual divisional series) so that the country's residents would gain priority over non-resident buyers.

The smallest denomination 1, 2 and 5 cents include the image of a chamois. The designs of the 10, 20 and 50 cents depict the Romanesque church of Santa Coloma and the highest denominations of 1 and 2 euro coins show the coat of arms of Andorra and Casa de la Vall ("House of the valleys") respectively.
