The Year Set consists of: 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 cent coins and 1, 2 euros dedicated to the Cave of Altamira (unc). The sixth of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites series coin commemorates the Cave of Altamira. It is famous for its Upper Paleolithic cave paintings featuring drawings and polychrome rock paintings of wild mammals and human hands and has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In 2015 Spain also changed the designs of the 1 and 2 euro circulation coins with the effigy of the new King Philip VI.
