Details Franc Rozman, nicknamed Stane (27 March 1911–7 November 1944), was a Slovenian Yugoslav partisan commander in World War II. The decision of the Slovenian Social-Democratic Government to honor a Communist commander produced ideological and political controversy.

The design shows on the left side the image of Franc Rozman - Stane with a five-pointed star below him, the symbol of the Yugoslav Communist revolutionary movement to which Commander Stane belonged.
